The Construction Phase

Clipper Remodeling will obtain the necessary building permits which are necessary to confirm the start date. Construction will be initiated after a pre-construction team meeting, which will then be followed by weekly meetings with the project manager who will keep you informed of advances in the project. We are available throughout the Construction process, and even more so at those times when unanticipated problems—and opportunities—arise.

The project manager will remain onsite from start to finish. He is responsible for project cleanliness, dust control, crew supervision, and coordination of subcontractors and inspections. When the project is complete, the project manager will conduct a final walk-through with you, looking for any overlooked finishing details to ensure final quality. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Light Commercial

Our light commercial construction projects can include replacing doors or installing walls, to entire interior and exterior office fit-ups

We can provide a quote for all types of interior and exterior light commercial projects. If you are working with an Architect or have plans available we can work directly with your Architect or your architectural plans.

203K Construction

If you are intent on buying a foreclosure, but are not a do-it-yourself expert then chances are you will need to hire a contractor to handle most of the work that needs to be done. Trying to figure out how to finance both a home purchase and a home rehabilitation project at the same time can leave you strapped for cash.

However, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has a program to help you do both: the 203(k) program. These loans, which are not limited to foreclosures, can be used by homebuyers to purchase and improve any property under $729,750.
