Clipper Remodeling will obtain the necessary building permits which are necessary to confirm the start date. Construction will be initiated after a pre-construction team meeting, which will then be followed by weekly meetings with the project manager who will keep you informed of advances in the project. We are available throughout the Construction process, and even more so at those times when unanticipated problems—and opportunities—arise.

The project manager will remain onsite from start to finish. He is responsible for project cleanliness, dust control, crew supervision, and coordination of subcontractors and inspections. When the project is complete, the project manager will conduct a final walk-through with you, looking for any overlooked finishing details to ensure final quality. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
